Dehidrasi : Masalah Sepele yang Membahayakan


Berapa liter air yang kita minum setiap harinya? Satu liter ? Dua liter ? Atau malah kita jarang minum karena keasyikan mengerjakan sesuatu sampai lupa untuk minum atau mungkin malas karena harus sering buang air kecil dikamar mandi ?

Buat yang masih malas untuk minum air putih, sebaiknya mewaspadai bahaya dari dehidrasi. Salah satu akibat yang paling fatal ditimbulkan oleh dehidrasi adalah kematian.

Nah, apakah yang dehidrasi itu ? Dalam Ilmu Fisiologi, Dehidrasi merupakan kondisi tubuh yang mengalami kekurangan air secara keseluruhan yang biasanya disertai dengan terjadinya gangguan metabolisme. Tubuh manusia selalu membutuhkan cairan, yang hanya dapat bertahan satu minggu apabila tidak memiliki cairan. Mengerikan bukan ?


Menurut (Kusumawardani,2017) air yang berada didalam tubuh berfungsi untuk membantu pengantaran nutrisi, menjaga suhu tubuh tetap normal, menjaga aliran dan tekanan darah, melumasi sendi-sendi dan jaringan tubuh, serta mempermudah proses pencernaan dan masih banyak lagi fungsi dari air. Penyusun tubuh kita 65% adalah cairan oleh sebab itu penting untuk memenuhi cairan tubuh dengan baik. Sekitar 55% - 75% tubuh kita terdiri dari cairan. Dehidrasi akan terjadi apabila cairan yang berada didalam tubuh kita menurun 2% - 6% dan meningkatnya pengeluaran cairan dari tubuh ataupun pengalihan cairan.

Bahaya dehidrasi diantaranya adalah penurunan kemampuan kognitif karena sulit berkonsentrasi, risiko infeksi saluran kemih dan terbentuknya batu ginjal. Konsumsi cairan dalam jumlah yang cukup dan tidak menahan air kemih adalah cara yang paling efektif untuk mencegah infeksi saluran kemih, serta menurunnya stamina dan produktivitas kerja melalui gangguan sakit kepala, lesu, kejang hingga pingsan. Kehilangan cairan lebih dari 15% akan berakibat fatal. Salah satu faktor terjadinya dehidrasi adalah kelebihan berat badan (overweight). Terjadinya penumpukan lemak tubuh pada orang obesitas dapat meningkatkan berat badan tanpa menambah kandungan air dalam tubuh. Penelitian di Amerika pada populasi orang dewasa menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Massa Tubuh memiliki hubungan positif dengan asupan air minuman dan total asupan airnya (Anitasari, 2017).
Pada tahap dehidrasi ringan tubuh sudah mengalami kekurangan cairan sebesar 1 sampai 2% dan mengalami tanda-tanda dehidrasi seperti haus, lemah, lelah, sedikit gelisah, dan hilang selera makan. Pada tahap dehidrasi sedang tubuh sudah mengalami kekurangan cairan sebesar 3 sampai 4% dan mengalami tanda-tanda dehidrasi seperti kulit kering, mulut dan tenggorokan kering, volume urin berkurang. Pada tahap dehidrasi berat, tubuh sudah mengalamim kekurangan cairan 5 sampai 6% dan mengalami tanda-tanda dehidrasi seperti sulit berkonsentrasi, sakit kepala, kegagalan pengaturan suhu tubuh serta peningkatan frekuensi nafas. Kehilangan cairan > 6% dapat meningkatkan risiko gangguan kesehatan, seperti dapat mengakibatkan otot kaku dan collapse, saat tubuh kehilangan cairan sebesar 7% sampai dengan 10% dapat menurunkan volume darah serta berakibat kegagalan fungsi ginjal saat tubuh kehilangan cairan sebesar 11%.
Menurut (Anitasari, 2017), upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya dehidrasi dapat dilakukan dengan banyak minum air yang diberi garam dengan jumlah yang kurang lebih sama dengan jumlah air dan garam yang hilang (kurang lebih sesuai dengan penurunan berat badannya). Kebutuhan akan cairan dalam tubuh adalah 2 liter sehari. Ada beberapa cara mengontorol jumlah cairan dalam tubuh sekaligus untuk membantu metabolisme tubuh, antara lain :
1.      Kurangi asupan kafein dan gula dalam minuman Anda. Kafein cenderung menghalangi manfaat air dan menghilangkan kelembapan dalam tubuh.

2.      Mengkonsumsi buah yang kaya akan air, seperti semangka yang mengandung 90% air atau jus tomat yang dapat mendongkrak jumlah cairan tubuh. Selain buah, mengonsumsi sayuran sebanyak 3 porsi dalam sehari juga dapat membantu mencegah dehidrasi
3.      Bila banyak aktivitas diluar ruangan, terutama pada siang hari yang terik, pastikan selalu membawa botol berisi air putih dan minum secara berkala.

Daily skin care | male

Hi everyone it's been long time i don't makes article because too much work that i have to work it out, but now i come back to makes article and article this time about my daily skin care. did you know guys, men also need skin care and take care to our body to keep our appearance. Yaaa certainly i'll review cheap products but with good quality and decent to apply.

  • Cleanser
First i need cleanser to clean my face from dust and dirt. If you frequent acne certain you rarely clean your face because dirt and dust there are many germs thats make you face pimples. I use cleanser sariayu, it's really recomended for you guys because it's not just cleanser but it is cleanser mixed with toner, so if you type person that lazy to do many skin care i suggest you to buy this product, and it's really good for my face, i just need clean my face once with this product and i feel like there is something that raised and certain that is dirt.



  • Face wash
Yaaa i think not enough clean face just once, so we have to wash our face after clean face with cleanser to clean rest dirt and dust left behind and i use product face wash that name ACNES. I feel like there are soft scrub that sure not make my skin too dry, remember if our face normal to dry will no good if we use too much scrube especially hard scrub.

  • Toner
I don't know why i really like to apply toner after wash my face, the true i watch korean male skin care and they tell important part of skin care is apply toner to our face for bright and understate pore, i don't know what true benefit of this one but even i apply after wash my face i feel like cool on my face and looks like more fresh to my face so i think this is the benefit. I use product toner ponds, really i love this product because cheap but good and fit in my face. On the packaging explained to help make skin to bright but i don't feel it.


  • Moizturizer
After toner i apply moizturizer and i use clean and clear moizturizer, it's not contains whitening and now i don't like to apply whitening product because many docter say if i use whitening cream, it's will kill my skin pigment but the result not permanent, so i thisnk it's just broke skin. Okay back to initial dicussion thats about moizturizer, after apply this moizturizer i feel soft on my skin face and like more a bit glow, it's not make my face to oily altought my face normal to oily so i recommend this one for you guys.

Additional: I use toner be face mask in a way soak cotton in toner 5 seconds and i put it on my face before sleep for 5 minutes, thats understate my pore. Even you apply toner i suggest to bit tap your face so that make toner absorb in my skin with maximally.Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy to read my articles and please share it if this useful.

MY DAILY OUTFIT

      Sometimes not all people like to wear accessories and prefer to wear that according of them simple, but usually people wear accessories like wristwatch,necklace and others for support their fashion, the how about people who not confident to wear accessories?? the mean we have to explore about mix and match clothes.

     I am the one who not confident to wear too much accessories and more confident when i not wear any accessories, so i think if i want to look as bit fashionable i have to start to mix and bit change my fashion. Below is my experience.


 Long sleeve-when relaxing in home or just going to the mall usually i just wear plain pant and long sleeve T-shirt with motive line, i think it's good because with this motive look as crowded so i don't need to wear more accessories.

  But if you just have plain long sleeve t-shirt, you can combine it with shirt that have a bit motive so as not too plain like as picture below. I suggest you for wear long sleeve because especially male when wear short sleeve t-shirt and you not wear accessories like wristwatch will looks like too plain and reduce your appearance. The advantages if you wear plain long sleeve t-shirt you can wear it for some events like as going to cafe,garden,mall if you wear too shirt, and just take off the shirt and just wear plain t-shirt for going to beach. So simple,we just needed to try mix and match clothes for find your fashion.

One clothes for some events

       Our fashion describing about ourselves, and i think we have to smart to choose clothes that match with our body and event that going on, that ever i talk in the previous  article that about mix and match clothes. Don't wear clothes too glamorous or too no pattern, so i will talk about my fashion for going to cafe so hope you enjoy to read my article and you can comment or massage me by email or instagram if you have suggest for me.

           Not forever shirt like formal impression, if you can mix it with you others clothes formal shirt can be casual. Even i going to cafe i like to wear shirt and mix with white t-shirt then dark blue pant and white shoes like picture below.
 
I can wear it in two events as the picture in cafe, it's will looks casual and match with the event, might you can wear wristwatch for makes more cool impression but don't too much wear accessories because it's will reduce casual impression. And event i going to rather formal event i just buttoning my shirt for cover my t-shirt and done. Remember guys, don't wear too big or too small clothes so as not reduce your suitable looks.

I suggest you guys to wear clothes that suitable for many some events, with that you no need to bother changing clothes when there are different events.
